Your adventure begins after breakfast as we drive from Arusha to the Marangu Gate, located at the southeastern entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park. Once you complete registration and check-in, your hike starts through lush rainforests teeming with wildlife and unique flora. Keep an eye out for the striking black-and-white Colobus monkeys swinging through the trees. The trail can be muddy and slippery, so sturdy footwear is essential. You’ll end your day at Mandara Huts, nestled within the forest.
