• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number and country of residence
• Trip details: travel dates, group size, interests, dietary needs and budget range
• Booking information required by suppliers: passport details, date of birth, insurance details and, where relevant, medical information for Kilimanjaro climbs
• Basic technical data from our website, such as pages visited, used only to understand which guides are useful

How we use it

Your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare an itinerary and quotation, make the reservations your trip requires, and support you before and during travel. We may also send you trip-related updates. We do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement, and every message we send includes a way to stop receiving them.

Who we share it with

To operate a trip we pass the minimum necessary details to the suppliers involved: lodges and camps, domestic airlines, park authorities, mountain crews and transfer providers. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to it. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted.

Security

Information is held in access-controlled systems and shared with suppliers only through secure channels. Sensitive documents such as passport copies are requested only when a booking is confirmed and are removed once the trip is complete.
